Welcome at the Institute for Multimedia and Interactive Systems - IMIS for short. We are Prof. Dr. André Calero Valdez, Prof. Dr. Moreen Heine, Prof. Dr. Thomas Franke, Prof. Dr. Nicole Jochems as spokeswoman of the institute, Prof. Dr. Hans-Christian Jetter, over 20 research assistants, just as many undergraduate research assistants and an administrative and IT-team. Research
The IMIS is an interdisciplinary research institute at the University of Lübeck that has been conducting research in the field of human-technology interaction since 1997.
Teaching
University teaching at IMIS focuses on the bachelor's and master's degree programs in media informatics with an emphasis on human-computer interaction.
Transfer
The transfer of research results takes place through appropriate collaboration with business and government in creative and agile development processes.
